Step 2: Walkthrough & Proposal
We pride ourselves on installing high-quality smart home devices individualized to your needs—ranging from plugs and lighting solutions to security cameras and motion sensors. Integrating your devices into a local server running Zigbee2MQTT and Home Assistant is a key part of our service. This powerful open-source software gives you an easy-to-use interface, all while prioritizing your privacy. By keeping all communication on your local network, we eliminate concerns about data breaches and unauthorized access—because your privacy should always come first.
Step 3: Installation & Configuration
Approximately 30 days after installation, we schedule a follow-up check-in to address any questions or concerns you may have. This is an essential part of our commitment: to be there for you as you settle into your new smart living experience.
For those who desire additional peace of mind, we offer an optional remote monitoring and support service. You’ll receive notifications for necessary updates, battery replacements, and any potential issues with your smart home system, as well as remote technical support for any system issues, keeping your home running smoothly without any hassle.
